Join Reiki Master and Sound Healer Justine SanFilippo on Wednesday, October 22nd at 7:45 pm for relaxation and recalibration! Each crystal sound bowl is tuned to the frequency of the chakras. So, just by laying down, closing your eyes, and listening to the sound bowls, they will do their magic. Also, each person will receive Reiki energy healing to help rebalance and cleanse the energy system. During the session, you will be laying down the whole time, so please bring a pillow, blanket, and/or an eyemask to be completely comfortable. There are some yoga mats at the studio, but if you have your own, please bring it.
